We currently operate two successful locations and are seeking an experienced, energetic, and highly professional District Manager to oversee daily operations, lead our teams, and help drive future growth.

This is a leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing people, and has a passion for operational excellence.

Position Summary

The District Manager is responsible for the overall management and performance of multiple automotive repair facilities. This leader will oversee staffing, sales performance, technician productivity, operational compliance, customer satisfaction, and team development while ensuring company systems and processes are consistently followed.

Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Management
  • Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and develop employees.
  • Manage Service Advisors, Sales Staff, Automotive Technicians, and Store Managers.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and coaching sessions.
  • Document employee performance, disciplinary actions, and corrective action plans.
  • Make recommendations and decisions regarding promotions, transfers, and terminations.
  • Foster a positive, professional, and high-performance work culture.
  • Understand Auto Repair KPI's and make needed adjustments to achieve metrics
Operational Excellence
  • Ensure all company systems, policies, and procedures are consistently followed.
  • Monitor shop performance, workflow, productivity, and efficiency.
  • Oversee inventory controls and operational standards.
  • Ensure locations maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all locations.
Sales & Customer Experience
  • Monitor sales performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Coach teams on customer service, communication, and sales effectiveness.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experiences that build loyalty and trust.
  • Assist locations in achieving revenue, profitability, and growth goals.
Human Resources & Scheduling
  • Review and approve employee vacation requests and scheduling needs.
  • Manage staffing levels to support business demands.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate personnel documentation and records.
Growth & Strategic Development
  • Support expansion efforts as Yeoman Auto continues to grow.
  • Identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational performance.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of multi-location management experience preferred.
  • Automotive repair industry experience strongly preferred.
