Affordable Auto & Tire Service is a locally owned and growing repair shop dedicated to providing honest, high-quality automotive repair and maintenance at a fair price. We service both retail and fleet accounts, and we pride ourselves on excellent customer service, reliable work, and a family-friendly atmosphere.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Auto Repair Technician to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and experienced in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicles.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on passenger vehicles and light trucks

  • Conduct services such as brake repair, tire replacement, alignments, suspension work, and engine/drive-train repairs

  • Use diagnostic equipment and follow manufacturer/industry repair standards

  • Keep accurate records of work performed

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Communicate clearly with service writer/management regarding repairs and recommendations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience as an auto repair technician

  • ASE certifications are a plus but not required

  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostic tools

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • Own tools preferred (shop tools provided for large equipment)

Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday (occasional Saturday availability preferred)
