Position: Automotive Technician (All Skill Levels)

Company: Iconic Tires & Service Centers

Locations: Mesa, Gilbert, and Phoenix, AZ areas

Compensation: $78,000 - $130,000+ per year

Schedule: 5-Day Work Week (Closed Sundays)

Position Summary:

Goodyear Auto Service is now seeking Master Automotive Technicians of all skill levels to join our teams across the Mesa, Gilbert, and Phoenix areas. We operate state-of-the-art auto repair facilities equipped with the latest technology and advanced equipment, allowing us to offer a full range of automotive services.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional, hands-on automotive repair experience.
  • Certifications: Active ASE Certifications are highly preferred (and you will be compensated extra for having them).
  • Tools: Must possess your own set of standard automotive tools for daily shop use.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of automotive systems, diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and standard repair procedures.
  • Logistics: Valid Driver’s License with an insurable driving record and reliable transportation.
  • Physical Ability: Ability to lift heavy parts (up to 50 lbs), stand for extended periods, and perform the physical demands of an active repair shop.
  • Work Ethic: Must be a reliable, self-starting team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
