Job description

Haralson Tire Pros & Auto Serviceis currently seeking aLubeTechnician to join our team! We are looking for a motivated team member to deliver the quality service and value that Gila Valley and surrounding communities deserve. The ideal candidate has experience but we are willing to train an otherwise qualified individual. This position has career advancement opportunities. We also have job listings in our other locations: Lake Havasu City, Morenci and Taylor Arizona.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDING, NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Perform fluid check and exchanges and other basic services.
  • Perform routine checks and maintenance.
  • Tire mounting/dismounting, wheel balance and rotation.
  • Tire pressure checks and inflation.
  • Multi-point safety and courtesy inspections to properly document the vehicle condition.
  • Other light maintenance as needed.
  • Make recommendations on services appropriate.


JOB REQUIRED SKILLS & CRITERIA:

  • Standing/Sitting/Squatting/Kneeling/Bending for long periods of time.
  • Lifting/Loading/Unloading/Carrying (Up to 50 lbs)
  • Practice safe use of machines, equipment, hand tools, power tools, jacks and lifts.
  • Ability to communicate in English with respect to job assignments, job procedures, and applicable safety standards.
  • Must be able to work in a potentially stressful environment.
  • Personal protective equipment is required on a regular basis, including safety glasses, and as needed, respirator, steel-toe boots, protective clothing, gloves and other protective equipment as required.
  • Follow all safety procedures and report any concerns to the Service Advisor/Shop Manager or Store Manager.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook and as updated.
