We are seeking a highly capable Auto Parts Manager to take full ownership of the operations of our aftermarket auto parts store in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing all aspects of an auto parts store, strong knowledge of the GTA market, and hands-on proficiency with industry-specific software such as Epicor, Partswatch, and NextPart. If you have deep familiarity with the leading aftermarket brands in the region and a passion for driving operational excellence, we encourage you to apply.


Key Responsibilities

Operational Management: Lead all store operations, including inventory control, purchasing, merchandising, and sales.
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate store staff to achieve high performance and service standards.
Software Utilization: Manage daily tasks using aftermarket parts management systems such as Epicor, Partswatch, NextPart, or similar platforms.
Brand & Product Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of aftermarket auto parts brands commonly sold in the GTA.
Customer Relations: Foster strong relationships with retail and wholesale customers, providing expert guidance and problem resolution.
