JFA Collision is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Painter Prep Technician to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring vehicles are properly prepared for paint and delivered at a high-quality standard.

Responsibilities

  • Wash, clean, and prep vehicles prior to paint

  • Sand, mask, and tape vehicles and parts

  • Prime panels and block sand as needed

  • Perform minor body prep and surface repairs

  • Assist painters with booth setup and breakdown

  • Maintain a clean and organized prep area

  • Follow safety procedures and shop standards

  • Work efficiently to meet production deadlines

Requirements
