Fast Lane Auto Care is looking for a Route Sales Representative to manage and grow an established sales territory serving professional automotive and industrial customers. The route covers a wide range of accounts: auto dealerships, body shops, tire repair facilities, fleet accounts, and local detail businesses, all of whom depend on professional-grade automotive appearance products and shop supplies. What You'll Do
  • Manage and grow an established sales route, developing new accounts alongside existing ones
  • Prospect and acquire new business within the territory
  • Demonstrate products and provide tailored solutions to customers across dealerships, body shops, tire shops, fleet accounts, and related businesses
  • Build lasting customer relationships through consistent, reliable service
  • Load, transport, and deliver products safely and on time in a company vehicle
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity and adjust strategy based on results
  • Maintain inventory and keep the route organized and efficient
  • Follow all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record throughout
What We're Looking For
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach to managing a territory independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales experience preferred; the right candidate without prior sales experience will be trained
  • Passion for and familiarity with the automotive industry
  • Ability to travel up to 80% of the time
  • Strong organizational and negotiation skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
