Job Description: Glass America Auto Glass Trainee Lynchburg, VA Have you ever thought about a career in the fast growing auto glass industry. We offer a comprehensive training program, a personal mentor, and all the necessary tools for you to become a certified auto glass technician.

Responsibilities As a technician trainee, you will learn to professionally install auto glass in accordance with the AGRSS Standard.

Your trainer and mentor will teach you all the techniques the pros use to complete safe, high quality auto glass installations with a focus on personal safety and outstanding customer service. After the intensive four month training program, you will have the opportunity to work on your own with the potential to make top dollar with our lucrative bonus plan. Qualifications Mechanical ability and aptitude Ability to work independently with little to no supervision Valid Driver's License Complete a criminal background check Ability to lift and carry large, heavy objects (up to 75 pounds) Automotive experience is preferred but not required.
