Job Description

Cooper Auto Group is seeking a highly qualified Automotive Retail professional to assume the critical role of Finance & Insurance (F&I) Director at Jackie Cooper Mercedes Benz and Porsche in Tulsa, OK. This position carries significant responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive menu selling process to optimize the F&I department's profitability and product penetration rates.
  • Actively participate in the F&I production team on a rotational basis.
  • Meticulously manage and monitor lender portfolios.
  • Conduct thorough reviews and inspections of departmental paperwork to ensure absolute accuracy and timely processing of all transactions.
  • Guarantee full compliance of all deals with company policies, local regulations, state laws, and federal guidelines.
  • Provide crucial support to the sales department in achieving its objectives, and collaborate closely to enforce proper selling methodologies.
  • Exemplify the highest standards of professional ethics, morals, and customer service excellence.
