Weโ€™re looking for a Production Manager who can lead our technicians, coordinate workflow, and ensure vehicles move through the shop efficiently while maintaining the highest repair standards.
What Youโ€™ll Do:
  • Manage daily shop workflow and production schedules.
  • Perform estimating and detailed repair planning to ensure accurate, efficient repairs.
  • Coordinate repairs between body technicians, painters, estimators, and parts.
  • Monitor repair progress to ensure vehicles are completed on time and to OEM standards.
  • Effectively communicate with customers regarding repair plans, timelines, and progress updates.
  • Maintain strong communication with the team to keep production running smoothly.
  • Ensure quality control throughout the repair process.
  • Help maintain a safe, organized, and efficient shop environment.
What Weโ€™re Looking For:
  • Previous experience in collision repair production management, estimating, repair planning, or a leadership role in a body shop.
  • Strong understanding of collision repair processes, including body, structural, and refinish operations.
  • Experience writing estimates and developing accurate repair plans.
