Roles & Responsibilities:
 • Help lead the sales team through sales process : including customer follow-up, customer escalations, assisting with customer concerns, and managing Sales Consultant performance
 • Responsible for driving profitability of the new car department : meeting monthly volume and gross profit goals.
 • Ensuring customer follow-up through day-to-day management of the sales team.
 • Work with manufacturers on incentive programs, rebate schedules, and maintaining a balanced vehicle inventory.
 • Play an active role in the recruitment, interviewing, selection and development of the sales team.
 • Assist the GM in the facilitation of sales meetings, provide on the job training to Sales people, and coordinate vehicle deliveries with the Service Manager.
 • Manage the reconditioning of vehicles on the lot and show floor to ensure they meet the highest standards.
 • Partner with the Finance office to develop and coordinate best practices for the most efficient and effective sales approach.
 • Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company's expectations as it pertains to interactions with customers, co-workers, subordinates, and vendors.

What You Offer:

 • Read, interpret, and transcribe data in order to maintain accurate records

 • Identify business opportunities and suggest improvements
