Auto Body Repair Technician at Town & County Auto Body Collision Center
Job Summary
The Auto Body Repair Technician at Town & County Auto Body Collision Center is responsible for driving service excellence and delivering timely and quality repairs to customers’ vehicles. The successful candidate will possess an excellent knowledge of automotive body repair and paint refinishing ability. The position is a Full Time - based plus commission Technician / Skilled Labor / Contractor job in the Auto industry located in North Haven, Connecticut

Responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring quality repairs and service excellence
• Effectively diagnose collision damage and recommend the best course of action
• Remove damaged parts such as bumpers, panels, radiators, condensers, and grilles
• Dismantle, adjust, repair, and reassemble major components of the body
• Perform skilled welding functions as necessary
• Smooth surface imperfections using plastic and/or metal fillers
• Refinish vehicle surfaces using a variety of methods and materials
• Communicate information accurately and open-mindedly with co-workers, managers.
• Maintain proper housekeeping in the work area
Requirements
• At least 1 year of auto body experience
• Knowledge of automotive systems and components
• A valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background check
