Job description

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and industrial solutions, is seeking a 3rd Shift Machine Operators Auto Parts to join their team. As a 3rd Shift Machine Operators Auto Parts, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 3rd Shift Machine Operators Auto Parts

Location: Waukesha, WI

Pay Range: $18

Shift: Night Shift (11:00pm - 07:00am)

What's the Job?

  • Load, inspect, and process parts using hands-on work instructions, visual aids, and quality alerts on modern machining centers
  • Ensure design features and tolerances conform to manufacturing requirements through frequency inspection
  • Utilize various inspection techniques such as CMM, air probes, electronic, and hand gaging equipment
  • Make small offsets and tool changes to maintain process stability
  • Perform basic material preparation and handling, including forklift operation

  • Ability to speak, read, and write in English
  • Self-motivated with a desire to succeed
  • Problem-solving skills and basic decision-making abilities to uphold quality standards
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
  • Basic math skills including adding and subtracting decimals
