Job Description
Job Summary:
Diagnose and repair collision-related mechanical damage.
Essential Functions:
  1. Responsible for analysis and evaluation on vehicles to establish the need for repair, service needed, or replacement of parts;
  2. Communicate needed repairs to repair teammates:
  3. Repair or replace malfunctioning mechanical parts;
  4. Participates in all required safety meetings;
  5. Communicates with others on the status of repairs in order to keep the vehicle on-track for scheduled delivery time;

Qualifications
  1. Must have prior mechanical experience;
  2. Possess all tools needed;
  3. I-CAR or ASE certifications;
  4. Ability to multi-task is a must;
  5. Reliable work history;
  6. Must be able to pass thorough background check;

Additional Information
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit and use hands to manipulate, handle or feel objects, tools, controls and office equipment. The employee is required to read and interpret and follow processes and procedures. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel or crouch.The employee may be required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be in an open cubicle environment. Candidate must be able to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
