We’re hiring an Personal Lines Auto Insurance Product Manager to support our Texas, Arizona & Indiana auto insurance business. This role will help lead product strategy, execution, and performance in alignment with State-specific regulatory and market dynamics. You must have experience in auto insurance, and Texas, Arizona & Indiana market knowledge is required. Non-standard auto experience is a plus. 
This is a fully Remote Opportunity with quarterly travel to Miami for collaboration #remote

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and manage auto insurance products specific to Texas, Arizona & Indianna 
  • Ensure compliance with Texas, Arizona & Indiana DOI regulations and filings.
  • Drive product performance through analysis and collaboration with internal teams.
  • Identify competitive advantages through research and market data.
  • Support rate filings, form updates, and documentation accuracy.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in Personal Lines Auto Insurance product development or product management.
  • Working knowledge of Personal Lines Auto P&C insurance regulations.
  • Strong knowledge of state insurance statutes, regulations, case law, policy contract interpretation, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience reviewing insurance policy forms, endorsements, and coverage language for legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience preparing and managing SERFF filings and working directly with state insurance departments (preferred), including TDI, FLOIR, and other state DOIs.
  • Background in auto insurance; non-standard auto experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical, data interpretation, project management, and communication skills.
