Auto Glass Trainee

Lynchburg, VA

We offer a comprehensive training program, a personal mentor, and all the necessary tools for you to become a certified auto glass technician. Excellent entry level opportunity to make a long-lasting career!

Applicants must have a positive attitude, an outgoing personality, and a willingness to learn. Although not required, mechanical aptitude and automotive repair experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

As a technician trainee, you will learn to professionally install auto glass in accordance with the AGRSSâ„¢ Standard. Your trainer and mentor will teach you all the techniques the pros use to complete safe, high quality auto glass installations with a focus on personal safety and outstanding customer service. After the intensive four month training program, you will have the opportunity to work on your own with the potential to make top dollar with our lucrative bonus plan.

Qualifications

  • Mechanical ability and aptitude

  • Ability to work independently with little to no supervision

  • Valid Driver’s License

  • Complete a criminal background check

  • Ability to lift and carry large, heavy objects (up to 75 pounds)

  • Automotive experience is preferred but not required.

  • Must be able to complete background check/MVR and drug screening process.
