Compensation:

Responsibilities:

As an Auto Glass Technician Trainee, you'll work alongside experienced technicians while learning every aspect of professional auto glass repair and replacement.

Responsibilities include:

  • Learn windshield repair, rock chip repair, and crack repair techniques
  • Assist with windshield replacement and auto glass installation
  • Learn ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) camera recalibration procedures
  • Inspect vehicle glass and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions
  • Educate customers on windshield repair versus replacement options
  • Recommend additional services, including:
  • Window tint installation
  • Hail damage repair
  • Headlight restoration
  • Mobile auto glass services
  • Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the repair process
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and daily shop operations
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
  • Follow all safety and quality standards

Qualifications:
