Job description

We are currently seeking an Administrative Professional/Receptionist to join our team at Dondelinger Chevrolet Hyundai. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and representing our company in a professional and polite manner. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments
  • Work cooperatively with internal teams
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining accounting records
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative accounting role is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
