Receptionist/Cashier

Mobile area auto dealership needs an experienced Receptionist/Cashier for immediate employment. The right person will be dependable, organized and detail-oriented to be part of our support team. If you are a believer of integrity, selling and customer satisfaction, we would love to speak to you! This individual will greet customers, answer customer questions, perform cash register functions, assist with general store upkeep and may occasionally assist with book work.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet customers in the dealership
  • Answer and route incoming calls and take messages
  • Provide basic information to customers who have general inquiries
  • Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise
  • Receive customer payments as well as balancing drawer at end of shift
  • Day to day processes

Requirements:

  • Superior customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task is essential to being successful in this position
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency with computers and able to learn new software programs
  • Dealership and/or recent retail receptionist/cashier experience preferred
  • Hours needed: Mondayโ€“Friday from 12:30 p.m.- 7:30 p.m., Saturday 8:00 a.m. โ€“ 2:30 p.m.
  • Professional personal appearance and telephone presence
  • Ability to submit to and pass a background test
  • Valid Drivers License
