Position Summary

As a Auto Body Blue Printer/Estimator, you will play a critical role in the repair process by creating accurate and complete repair plans (“blueprints”) for each vehicle. You will collaborate with technicians, insurance partners, and internal team members to ensure repairs are performed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. The pay range is $50,000 - $80,000/year based on experience.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive and accurate repair plans for each vehicle

  • Prepare and submit supplements in accordance with insurance and company guidelines

  • Maintain repair schedules before, during, and after completion

  • Communicate effectively with insurance file handlers and internal teams

  • Organize workflow and dispatch work to technicians

  • Ensure vehicles are kept clean and presentable throughout the repair process

  • Troubleshoot refinishing and repair issues and implement effective solutions

  • Follow all company procedures to ensure high-quality repairs

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

  • Understand all products and materials used in the repair process

  • Comply with safety standards, including spill response and emergency procedures

  • Work collaboratively with team members across departments

  • Prioritize tasks to meet production goals and deadlines

  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
