Each teammate is a valued part of the repair process.  We support each team member with the tools and support needed to succeed! This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to enter the collision repair industry or even someone looking to stay active and busy.

  • Pre washes vehicles
  • Moves vehicles from the front to the back of the shop and arrange the shop lot
  • Pick up parts from vendors
  • Vehicle pick up and drop off (sublets)
  • Pick up / Drop off customer vehicles
  • Transport rental vehicles to and from Enterprise Rental
  • Assist in the vehicle repair process (detail, prep, R&I, mechanical)
  • General cleaning and maintenance of the shop/grounds
  • Housekeeping items

Skills, Qualifications, & Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Must have a valid driver's license with a great driving record

  • Ability to effectively communicate with others
    Ability to understand basic instructions

  • Multi-tasking; adapt easily to fast-paced environments

Physical Requirements:        

  • Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel and pull

  • Extended periods of kneeling, bending, squatting, and stooping to complete or inspect repairs

  • Carry and lift heavy objects (up to 80lbs)

  • Manual dexterity and eye/hand coordination to operate equipment

  • Performing repetitive motions
