$100,000K Plus per year (based on experience)

DARCARS Collision Center of Prince George's County is now hiring an Auto Body Technician / Mechanic to join our growing team. We are looking for motivated individuals who take pride in high-quality workmanship and want to build a long-term career in the automotive collision repair industry.
As an Auto Body Technician / Mechanic, you will be responsible for repairing damaged vehicle bodies and components in accordance with manufacturer and dealership specifications and time standards.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Previous automotive or collision repair experience preferred
  • CSI and quality scores above the regional average preferred
  • Ability to perform vehicle repair and maintenance services efficiently
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work on repetitive and complex tasks
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background check)
Responsibilities
  • Perform work detailed on vehicle repair orders in accordance with manufacturer standards
  • De-trim, disassemble, and repair vehicles with urgency and strong attention to detail
  • Maintain and assist with identifying and sourcing parts and materials
  • Meet or exceed the Collision Center’s productivity requirements
  • Maintain tools and equipment in proper working conditions
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations affecting body shop operations (including hazardous waste disposal and OSHA Right-to-Know)
