Body Shop Estimator

  What You'll Do

  • Inspect damaged vehicles to assess repair needs and provide accurate, detailed estimates for repair costs.
  • Work closely with guests to explain the repair process and provide clear and transparent pricing.
  • Collaborate with the Body Shop team, including technicians and management, to ensure timely and high-quality repairs.
  • Communicate with insurance adjusters to ensure all damage is documented and repairs are covered.
  • Ensure all estimates comply with company policies and industry standards.
  • Review repair orders, tracking and verifying that estimates and work orders align with the approved repairs.
  • Keep accurate records of estimates, vehicle repairs, and communication with insurance companies.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns, updating guests on progress, and ensuring a smooth repair process.


Schedule: Monday-Friday rotating schedule 7:00-4:00 and 8:00-5:30
Pay consists of a base salary plus performance bonus - experienced and qualified candidates can expect to earn $70,000-$80,000+ per year.
  What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as an auto body estimator or in a related automotive repair position.
  • Knowledge of auto body repair procedures and industry standards.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical information to guests and insurance companies.
  • Proficient in estimating software (e.g., Mitchell, CCC One) and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to read and interpret repair manuals, schematics, and technical documents.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
