Auto Body Collision – General Manager
Auto Body Collision – General Manager Requirements:
  • Proven track record of growing revenue in an Auto Body Collision environment
  • Strong financial understanding and ability to interpret profit and loss statements
  • Ability to manage all aspects of business; sales, profit, production efficiency, quality, customer service and staffing.
  • Must be comfortable working in a high-volume collision shop environment
  • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
  • An experienced professional who thinks big and has an “owner’s mentality”
  • The ideal candidate would be interested in career advancement including multi-unit operations management.
Auto Body Collision – General Manager Daily Duties:
  • Assumes full responsibility for center profit and loss (P amp;L) management, including following cash control and security procedures, managing supply and materials costs, managing staffing, and facilitating materials and supply ordering and management
  • Provides leadership, management and oversight to all center personnel; including hiring, training, developing, coaching and promoting team members, as well as managing compensation and discipline
  • Ensures all personnel and team members understand all key performance indicators (KPI’s) and are given the proper training and support to meet or exceed all KPI’s consistently
