Responsibilities
- Assist Auto Body Technicians with vehicle disassembly and reassembly.
- Learn basic collision repair techniques including sanding, masking, panel preparation, and minor repairs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop and workstations.
- Assist with moving vehicles and preparing vehicles for repair and delivery.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Learn to properly use body shop tools and equipment.
- Participate in manufacturer and in-house training programs.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Requirements
- Strong interest in automotive collision repair and willingness to learn.
- Previous automotive or shop experience is a plus, but not required.
