These programs teach employees how to handle customer inquiries, schedule appointments, follow up on leads, and use dealership CRM software effectively. The goal is to improve communication with customers, increase appointment show rates, and boost overall sales and service performance. Auto BDC training often includes phone skills, email etiquette, and best practices for customer relationship management.

Familiarity with CRM systems, phone and email communication tools, and dealership management software is typically required. Outstanding communication, active listening, and resilience under pressure help individuals excel in engaging customers and generating leads.
