Job description

We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team! You will help us grow our customer base in any area of Chicago, resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
  • Prospect and contact potential customers, both in-person and over the phone
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
  • Daily and weekly communication with accounts
  • Schedule inspections for accounts
  • Manage online accounts; place prices, counter offers, sell inventory
  • Attend monthly sales meetings over Zoom
  • Drive to recruit new accounts

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales and customer service is a must
  • Previous experience in the auto industry is a huge plus!
  • Familiarity with data entry, online portals, email correspondence in a professional and timely manner
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • People person, both in person and over the phone/text.
