Located at 224 Highway 49 South, Concord, NC 28025, we showcase hundreds of vehicles through our lanes every Tuesday starting at 1:00 PM!

What Makes This Role Special

As an Auction Lot Attendant, you'll ensure the efficient, orderly and proper staging and movement of vehicles on the lot from check-in through the sale lanes through pick-up. You're not just moving cars you're helping create a seamless experience for buyers and sellers alike. Every day brings something new, and your work directly impacts the success of our auctions. Your Day-to-Day Adventures

  • Moving vehicles in and out of designated lot areas, ensuring proper placement for auction and assist driving vehicles on the auction floor
  • Tagging vehicles, ensuring keys are present, and performing basic inspections
  • Maintaining a clean and organized lot, tracking vehicle location, reporting hazards or damages, and ensuring security
  • Keep track of vehicle location, ensuring proper documentation, and report missing vehicles
  • Responding to inquiries, assisting buyers and dealers with locating vehicles, and addressing any concerns
  • Starting vehicles, ensuring adequate fuel, and performing minor maintenance tasks
  • Follow all safety procedures and report any concerns or issues to management

What We're Looking For (The Must-Haves)

  • High School Diploma or General Education degree (GED).
  • Must possess valid, unrestricted driver's license
  • Clean driving record required for safe vehicle operation
  • Ability to endure constant exposure to outdoor weather conditions and moderate noise
  • Comfortable walking extensive distances throughout our large auction facility
  • Work effectively with other lot staff as part of our team
  • Basic mechanical knowledge (flat tires, low fuel, jump starting vehicles, etc.)
  • Experience working in automotive, auction, or wholesale industries (preferred but not required)
