Job description

Position Overview

We are seeking dependable Auto Auction Drivers to support vehicle movement at a large auction facility in Phoenix, AZ. This role focuses on safely transporting vehicles throughout the lot while maintaining strict adherence to all safety rules, speed limits, and supervisor instructions.
Schedule

  • Mondays: 8:00 AM start
  • Tuesdays: 7:00 AM start


Key Responsibilities

  • Vehicle movement — Drive and relocate vehicles throughout the auction lot.
  • Safety compliance — Follow all safety procedures, speed limits, and operational guidelines.
  • Situational awareness — Stay alert to surroundings to prevent accidents or damage.
  • Team coordination — Follow directions from team leads and supervisors.
  • Task completion — Complete assigned duties for the full duration of the shift.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to safely operate automatic‐transmission vehicles
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
  • No manual‐transmission or large‐truck experience required

Dress Code

  • Plain T‐shirt
  • Jeans (no rips)
  • Tennis shoes
  • No sweatpants or spaghetti‐strap tops

Safety Rules (Strictly Enforced)

  • 10 MPH speed limit at all times
  • No cell phone use while driving (phone must remain in pocket)
  • Radio volume must stay low
  • Safety is the top priority at all times
