General Job Description
HVAC Supervisor - New Construction
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to oversee residential new construction HVAC projects in the Sarasota area. This role is responsible for managing crews, ensuring quality installations, maintaining safety standards, and keeping projects on schedule.
Responsibilities
  • Supervise HVAC installers, technicians, and subcontractors
  • Read blueprints and coordinate installations on new construction sites
  • Conduct site inspections, integrity tests, and quality assurance checks
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
  • Manage scheduling, labor, materials, and project progress
  • Train and mentor field employees
  • Maintain strong communication with builders, project managers, and customers
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Specific Qualifications
Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years HVAC installation experience
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and installation practices
