Work Setting: This is a home-based ABA therapy position. Services are delivered in the child’s home; you’ll be working in the natural environment where children learn and grow best.

What You’ll Do as a Behavior Technician (BT): As a Behavior Technician (BT), you’ll deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll help children with autism reach important goals — while staying engaged, playful, and active.

You will: • Work directly with children to implement individualized ABA treatment plans• Track progress through accurate session data and notes • Communicate with families and your clinical team to support success • Stay physically active during sessions — sitting, squatting, playing, running, etc.

Training & Certification Support • We provide paid onboarding training • 40-hour RBT course included • You’ll be mentored and supervised every step of the way • No RBT certification yet? No problem — we’ll help you get there!

What We’re Looking For • Passion for working with children and helping others grow • High school diploma or equivalent (required) • 1+ year of experience with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred) • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required) • Strong communication, patience, and professionalism • Already certified as an RBT? Great! Not yet? We’ll support your path to certification

Schedule & Hours • Part-time and full-time Behavior Technician (BT) positions available • Afternoon and after-school sessions (Monday–Friday; weekends as needed) • 15–25+ hours per week depending on your availability and client needs
