Neurosprout ABA Therapy – Maryland (Field-Based)


Neurosprout ABA Therapy is hiring a Community Referral Coordinator to help build relationships with pediatricians, psychologists, schools, daycares, and other community providers throughout Maryland.

Starting at $20+/hour based on experience

This role focuses on visiting pediatrician offices, psychologist offices, schools, and daycare programs to build professional relationships and help connect families to autism testing and ABA therapy services.

Responsibilities:

Visit pediatrician offices, psychologists, schools, and daycare centers

Build and maintain referral relationships within the community

Educate providers about autism testing and ABA therapy services

Help coordinate referrals with the intake team

Represent Neurosprout ABA Therapy professionally in the community

Qualifications:

Understanding of ABA therapy required

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Organized, professional, and comfortable with local travel.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills preferred

Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality strongly preferred
