About Us

ALL WE DO IS AUTISM ASSESSMENTS. AT4K AutismTesting4Kids is determined to reduce the amount of time it takes for children to receive an evaluation for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).


Why Join Our Team

AT4K is opening clinical practices nationwide to address the extended wait times for children in need of an autism assessment. Our Clinical Psychologists will provide care to children and families by managing the AT4K 4-step autism assessment process. They will work with an in-office Patient Care Concierge to provide high-quality autism evaluations. Clinical Psychologists will maximize their credentials by finalizing the evaluation, while providing formal documentation of an ASD diagnosis and referral to early invention therapy if necessary.


Clinical Psychologists apply their advanced clinical training to interpret assessment data, determine diagnostic outcomes, provide families with clear feedback, and generate formal diagnostic documentation, including recommendations and referrals for early intervention services when indicated.


Responsibilities Include:


  • Work with a Patient Care Concierge to provide high-quality virtual autism evaluations
  • Meet virtually with families to complete diagnostic autism assessments
  • Conduct comprehensive autism diagnostic evaluations for children ages 18 months to 6 years using standardized, evidence-based assessment tools
  • Review and integrate data from multiple sources, including ADOS-2 results, developmental history, caregiver interviews, and clinical observations
  • Meet with caregivers to explain assessment findings, diagnostic conclusions, and clinical recommendations in a clear, compassionate, and family-centered manner
  • Author and finalize comprehensive psychological evaluation reports, including diagnostic impressions, functional descriptions, and individualized recommendations
  • Document evaluations accurately and efficiently to support access to early intervention, educational services, and other community-based supports
  • Collaborate with the Patient Care Concierge to ensure smooth coordination of assessment steps and timely delivery of results
  • Maintain compliance with ethical standards, state licensing regulations, and organizational policies
  • Stay current with best practices and emerging research in autism assessment and early childhood development


Minimum Requirements

  • PhD or PsyD in Clinical, School or Counseling Psychology from an accredited university
  • Active licensure to practice psychology in California
  • Demonstrated proficiency in standardized diagnostic assessment techniques for autism and early childhood development
  • ADOS-2 certification or willingness to complete required training within a specified timeframe
  • Strong clinical judgment, written documentation skills, and ability to communicate complex information to families effectively


Compensation

$150-$175/hour
