Job description

Role: Business Analyst
Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: 8+ Months

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Work requested (for Product Management; this list does not include Product Development or Product Operations) a. System management i. Use the system, gain an understanding of the end-to-end process, and assist with user training and documentation
1.identify and document features and functionality
2.Develop end-user training materials. A .Develop customer-facing KEY support articles b. Work with Marketing to document contents of a Getting Started Guide, Quick Reference Guide, and Detailed User Manual i. Work with Marketing to author contents for instructional videos ii. Work with Marketing to author contents for Customer Education Specialist training c. Provide content to augment Field Service training including details for Customer Training by technicians d. Author product catalog training materials e. Develop and distribute equipment catalog including images, equipment specifications, and installation best practices f. Audit findings against vendor's knowledge base ii. Validate use cases are authored and included in beta trial criteria
1.Work with team to ensure all customer-facing documentation is correct based on trial results
2.Confirm testing use cases are defined to reflect the process/procedures defined in customer training materials
3.Determine if use cases documented in #2 identify any missing customer training materials and add to KEY documentation as needed
2iii.Confirm authored end-user training documentation mirrors the results of the production system b. Audit and document product catalogs i. Detailed audit and cleanup of the product catalog to ensure all in-flight changes are incorporated into the necessary systems ii. Develop test plans to confirm catalogs, pricing and invoicing are correct iii. Measure test results against expectations; document variances and initiate change requests where needed iv. Work with leads to ensure current pricing is reflected in the sales pricing tool c .Audit all customer-facing email notifications i. Validate emails are sent in accordance to the timing defined in the process-flow diagram ii.
