Company Description

The EWM Functional Analyst serves as a key resource for warehouse and logistics operations, combining hands-on business process expertise with in-depth knowledge of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) on S/4HANA. In this role, you will support projects and continuous improvement initiatives for our new distribution center, helping teams streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and strengthen logistics execution processes.

By understanding end-to-end business processes, system interactions, and data flows across Red Bull's technology landscape, you will help identify opportunities to improve collaboration, optimize workflows, and drive operational excellence across teams. Knowledge of data integration and information exchange will be important in connecting processes and supporting business needs.

This role also provides first- and second-level application support and works closely with our global IT team based in Austria to ensure reliable system performance and ongoing process improvements.

Job Description

WAREHOUSE PROCESSES

Serve as the primary IT contact for warehouse and logistics system-related questions, issues, and support requests.

Partner in delivering system enhancements, upgrades, and process improvements aligned with business and technology priorities.

Provide expertise on inbound, outbound, and supporting warehouse processes within SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), including integrations with SAP Transportation Management (TM) and SAP S/4HANA.

Develop and maintain an understanding of end-to-end processes and data flows across connected systems.

Collaborate with business partners and IT colleagues to design, implement, and continuously improve logistics processes within our distribution center.

Support enhancement initiatives from discovery and requirements gathering through testing, deployment, and go-live.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system functionality, data processing, and system integrations.

Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to help evolve and strengthen warehouse solutions.

Monitor and support production systems to ensure stable operations and a positive user experience.

INTEGRATION

Develop and enhance system integrations and middleware connections that support warehouse and logistics operations.

Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot existing integrations to ensure reliable system performance and data exchange.

Build a strong understanding of the data and messages exchanged between internal systems and external partners, including technologies such as ALE, IDocs, and queues.

Support integrations between SAP systems and warehouse automation solutions to enable efficient operational processes.

Partner with IT Infrastructure and other technology teams to evaluate, coordinate, and implement process and system changes.

Investigate and resolve issues related to data communication, system interfaces, and information processing across connected platforms.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP EWM or combined experience of 5+ years in SAP EWM & SAP WM
  • SAP TM experience is beneficial
  • Experience with RF based solutions (ITS Mobile), HU Management, Batch Management, PPF
  • Sound debugging knowledge
  • 5+ years of experience in a Functional IT role
  • Demonstrate high level analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Work independently in an international environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business preferred
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills an advantage

This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa. The base salary range for this position is $112,000 - 168,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
