This position is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from locations best suited to your needs while still providing high-quality care. While interacting with patients virtually, you will utilize our secure telehealth platform, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations. The outpatient setting permits you to engage with a diverse patient population, making your impact substantial as you help facilitate recovery from various mental health challenges.

• Conduct initial assessments through virtual consultations to determine the specific mental health needs of each patient.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic techniques tailored to the individual’s psychological and emotional needs.
• Utilize a variety of counseling methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and solution-focused strategies to facilitate client breakthroughs.
• Maintain current knowledge of trends in mental health practices and approaches, integrating new methodologies into your counseling sessions where applicable.
• Establish and nurture trusting relationships with patients, ensuring a warm and supportive environment throughout every session.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care, providing referrals to specialized services when necessary.
• Contribute to monthly team meetings, sharing insights on patient progress, challenges, and evolving therapy techniques.

The ideal candidate will engage with a diverse client base facing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. As our outpatient services cater to individuals of all ages, you will have the opportunity to work with kids, adolescents, adults, and families, fostering resilience and coping strategies tailored to each demographic’s specific needs.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Current state licenses and certifications as mandated for LMHC practice in Washington.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients quickly.
• Proficient in utilizing telehealth technology and maintaining digital confidentiality.
• A strong capacity for empathy, stability, and commitment to patient-centric care.

• Experience providing trauma-informed care and working with diverse populations is highly preferred.
• Previous experience in outpatient settings or teletherapy practices will be beneficial.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain accurate clinical documentation.

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000, based on experience and qualifications.
