About the Opportunity

Augusta Health is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible ENT / Otolaryngologist to join our expanding ENT practice located in the picturesque Shenandoah Valley. As a General Otolaryngologist, you will thrive in our outpatient clinic and state-of-the-art endoscopy suite.

Practice Highlights

  • Practice Setting: Employed general Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery role within Augusta Medical Group. Outpatient clinic plus operative component at Augusta Health's main hospital campus.

  • Schedule: 4 Clinic Days and 1 OR Day

  • Call: 10 days of call per month

  • Current Staff: 1.9 FTE

  • Clinical Volume: average annual wRVUs ~8,164 Quality/incentive- 10% of base

  • Clinic Days/OR Days per week- 4 Clinic days and 1 OR Day

  • Collaboration: Collegial Medical Staff and large network for gaining new patients. Strong relationship with General Surgery team.

Qualifications

  • MD/DO with Board Certification in

  • Eligible for medical licensure in Virginia

  • Strong interest in delivering state-of-the-art care in community settings

Salary

Base - $530,729.00 - $557,266.00

Sign-on- $25,000 with 2 year commitment

Relocation - Up to $7500
