Balance and control hotel revenues and prepare daily reports Warmly welcome guests and anticipate their needs Manage arrivals, departures, reservations, modifications, and cancellations Assign rooms, issue keys, and provide guests with information about the hotel Process monetary transactions and guest billing Identify special requests and verify the accuracy of reports Handle complaints and make appropriate decisions Apply Marriott brand policies and standards Collaborate with all departments to build guest loyalty Inform guests about local attractions and services in the area Perform any other related duties Requirements DEP or DEC in Hospitality or Hotel Management Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar position or in high-volume customer service Fully bilingual (French and English, both spoken and written) — required due to regular interactions with an international clientele.
