  • Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist Environmental/Maintenance Manager on SMR.
  • Maintain Production paperwork.
  • Backup to Safety report to Plant Manager.
  • Be part of HACCP team. • Conduct HACCP audits.
  • Strictly follow all safety policies and procedures.
  • Assist in Continuous Improvement activities.
  • Be active member of the Safety and CI teams.
  • Assist department manager in managing plant Safety programs.
  • Order parts and supplies. • Other duties as management deems necessary.
  • Complies with all safety policies and procedures.
  • Assures that established policy and procedures are followed and uses all required personal protective equipment.
  • Prepare the following reports: production and inventory, dryer report, tanker/ barrel report, weekly ledger, cost report, month end inventory report.
  • Inputs accounts payable and accounts receivable into accounting system
  • Creates Bill of Ladings as needed.
  • Answers telephone and directs office traffic.
  • Maintains weekly Raw Material Schedule.
  • Maintains Finished Product Inventory.
  • Coordinates Tanker Pick-ups and outbound shipments.
  • Maintains thorough knowledge of office functions.
  • Assists Environmental/ Safety Manager/ Plant Manager with maintaining SDP's, maintaining SDS's, data entry, trending reports, and training records.
