Job description
We are looking for Warehouse Associates for a client in the North Georgia area. The role will be in a fast paced, production-like environment.
Responsibilities

  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
  • Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
  • Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
  • Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
  • Complete diary logs into inventory
  • Report any discrepancies
  • Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
  • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
Skills
  • Proven working experience as a warehouse worker
  • Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and adjust body position to bend, stoop, stand, walk, turn, pivot, and stand for long periods of time.
Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience operating forklifts is a plus.
