This role involves establishing the US Project Delivery and Support teams, managing end-to-end project delivery, and supporting our growing customer base both in the US and internationally. The successful candidate will ensure our tailored solutions are functionally sound and meet customer and market requirements through accurate and detailed delivery of audio-visual equipment, networks, and content.
Requirements
Position Requirements:
  • Ability to manage projects, schedule, and support third-party resources (AV, network, and content) in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in commercial audio, video, lighting, networks, control systems, subsystems, and custom software integration.
  • Hands-on experience with installation of AV and IT hardware and software in custom environments.
  • Manage and support external AV technicians, working closely with clients, consultants, builders, and stakeholders.
  • Engage in sourcing and preparing cost estimates for project proposals, manage project kick-offs, sign-offs, and handovers.
  • Ensure quality control over installed solutions against plans and standards.
  • Maintain internal management systems and tools (e.g., Asana).

  • 3+ years of experience in AV solutions installation, construction site work, and coordinating trades and technicians.
  • Experience in drafting (e.g., AutoCAD) and ability to create supporting documentation.
  • Ability to read and understand technical documentation related to AV specifications, floor plans, and schematics.
  • Existing commercial relationships within the industry.
  • Motivated self-starter with excellent organizational, communication, and asset management skills.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Electronics, or ICT).
