We are looking for an experienced, hands-on leader with a rare combination of audio visual, team leading and warehouse operations experience at our Halethorpe, Maryland location.  You will be working in a dynamic environment surrounded by a dedicated team for a nation-wide audio visual production company with reputation for working with some of the best clients in corporate events. This is a full-time position with competitive pay ranging from $28 to $38 per hour plus opportunities for career growth and AV equipment skill development.

WHAT DOES AN AUDIO VISUAL SHOP TEAM LEAD DO?

As a Full-Time Audio Visual Shop Team Lead at Mountain View Staging, you will play a crucial role in the support of our operations. Your responsibilities will include managing and working along side our warehouse team while loading and unloading trucks with state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment, ensuring that every item is quality checked for optimal functionality. You will help our team fulfill comprehensive equipment lists for upcoming events, guaranteeing that our production team on site is fully equipped for success. 

This hands-on team lead position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering excellence in the audio-visual industry.

WHAT MATTERS MOST
