Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Audio-Visual Integration Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation and troubleshooting of commercial audio-visual systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and demonstrate proficiency in leading industry equipment brands, cabling, and systems installation. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that all audio-visual systems operate seamlessly and meet the needs of our clients.
 
 
Key Job Responsibilities
  • Install and configure audio-visual equipment including projectors, displays, cameras, speakers, microphones, control systems, and video conferencing tools. 
  • Install cable pathway systems (cable trays, cable racks, J-hooks, D-rings)
  • Label, terminate, and test various types of cable.
  • Dress and route cable into racks, data closets, and furniture.
  • Build out racks for staging.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Utilize hand and power tools for installation tasks. 
  • Behave and dress professionally.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Proven experience as an Audio-Visual Integration Technician using industry standard tools and equipment.
  • Construction experience using hand and power tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. 
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • CTS certification preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • A valid driver’s license with a responsible driving record.
