We are partnering with a St. Cloud-based investment and holdings firm to hire an Office Manager who will serve as the operational backbone of their headquarters. The Office Manager will play a central role in keeping daily operations running smoothly, supporting technology services, coordinating events, and contributing to a workplace culture grounded in wellbeing and excellence Job Description
The Office Manager will manage day-to-day office processes, support technology services, assist the executive team, coordinate logistics for meetings and large events, and help champion community-focused initiatives. This is a dynamic, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.
Office Coordination
  • Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure an efficient and welcoming environment.
  • Provide reception support, greet guests in person and by phone, direct inquiries, and handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Serve as host and point-person for on-site events, including planning, coordinating meetings, managing catering, and overseeing technology setup.
  • Maintain office equipment and supply inventory, recommending improvements for automation and efficiency.
  • Support team wellbeing by stocking healthy snacks and beverages and coordinating meal orders.
  • Manage large printing and mailing projects.
  • Support invoice processing in partnership with the finance team.
Technology Support
  • Coordinate technology services and serve as the first point of contact for technology issues, partnering with a third-party IT firm and internal leadership on larger initiatives.
  • Manage on-site technology including desktop monitors, TV displays, and audio/visual conferencing equipment, collaborating with service providers to resolve issues.
  • Lead vendor relationships for internet, phone, and related services.

Team Support and Services
  • Maintain the readiness and upkeep of the office, including arranging meeting rooms, setting up and cleaning catering orders, decorating, and occasional light cleaning.
  • Support members of the executive team with meeting scheduling, calendar coordination, project work, and other tasks as needed.
  • Coordinate off-site events, including sports suite hospitality and signature community events.
  • Guide, train, and partner with Events and Business Operations Intern(s), providing feedback and growth opportunities.
  • Assist affinity groups with scheduling, project management, and administrative tasks.
Event Planning
  • Coordinate logistics and preparation for meetings and large events, collaborating with internal team members and third-party vendors.
Community Champion
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to promote and coordinate community wellness events, such as local runs and triathlon series.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum 3 or more years of related work experience, including planning and coordinating meetings and events, coordinating with vendors, operations, calendar coordination
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Experience supporting events with catering support, technology and hospitality
  • Highly professional, ability to collaborate with internal and external business partners
  • Strong organization, detail orientation, and process-driven mindset.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and Zoom.
