We're looking for an Audio/Visual Project Lead / Senior Technician to help oversee our field operations and continue delivering the high-quality installations our clients expect.

Position Summary:

This is a hands-on position responsible for managing client projects from approval through completion while serving as the technical lead in the field when needed. The ideal candidate is highly organized, an excellent communicator, and enjoys balancing project management with advanced installation work.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage residential and commercial A/V projects from kickoff through completion.
  • Coordinate schedules with clients, builders, designers, and technicians.
  • Review project proposals, drawings, and equipment prior to installation.
