Position Overview:
We are on the lookout for a skilled Lead Residential A/V Field Technician and Installer with expertise in smart home systems to join our dynamic team. This role involves the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of various audio-visual and automation systems in residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation: Execute the installation of audio, video, and control systems including speakers, projectors, TVs, and networking components.
- Configuration: Set up and program smart home systems, ensuring they meet client specifications and integrate seamlessly with existing technologies.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues that arise during or post-installation to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on systems as required.
