The HES Group is a company that has been around for 30 years and is located in Marlboro, NJ and constantly growing . We service All of NJ, and NYC .We are currently seeking a highly motivated, lead technician for employment in the high-end custom audio & video business. The perfect candidate has 3+ years of lead installation experience and has experience with Savant, Crestron, Lutron & Networks but not limited to. The right candidate also has room to grow within the company

Qualifications:

Must Be able to terminate Cat 5 and 6

Hang Flat screen televisions

Installation of electronic components including but not limited to A/V receivers, audio/ video systems ,

In-wall/ ceiling speakers, A/V racks, Network wiring and Wi-Fi , CCTV, Shade installation.

Knowledge of Crestron and Savant systems a plus but not required . Willing to learn and we will train.

Prefer 3 years experience but not required

  • Extremely clean workmanship
  • High attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn
  • Must have basic Installation tools. Wire strippers ,crimper, toner, drill, etc. for low voltage installations . We can provide what else you may need .

· Physical Ability to lift at least 50lbs

  • Clean driving record is a must
