As a Senior Producer, you will work directly with For Good & Company’s creative team, project management team and production team on a variety of client work. You will work to understand our client’s objectives, and work with your creative directors to bring that vision to life.

Producers collaborate closely with our Project Management, Creative, Technical, Hospitality, Account and Finance teams in pulling off whatever our agency dreams up. They are the bridge between concepts and realistic execution within budget, making sure that projects are executed efficiently and flawlessly throughout their lifespan. Producers manage a variety of projects and activations within the experiential and storytelling space ranging from virtual and live events to custom builds, creative campaigns and everything in between. 


Producers:

  • Collaborate with tactfully and creatively with all teams

Requirements:
  • Show strong skills in collaboration with other teams 
  • Show creativity in your resourcefulness and outside the box thinking
  • Manage Production of projects in their entirety from initial brief- in to final billing
  • Show strong communication skills, including clear concise emails, messages, strong grammar, and verbal communication all with tactful execution
  • Manage project budgets to maintain margins indicated on approved scope of work
  • Effectively delegate and lead assigned production staff including but not limited to: production assistants, brand ambassadors, warehouse labor, staffing agencies, third party vendors. 
  • Have a strong understanding of internal project workflow and how to effectively utilize internal services. (i.e. Microsoft Teams utilization, email, text etc…)
  • Confidently manage overlapping projects
  • Identify limits of capability and speak up if the project scope, or overall workload exceed their capacity to manage
  • Tactfully communicate deadlines and consequences of missing deadlines both internally and client- side
  • Show forethought in planning. Stay one (or more) steps ahead of client and/ or PM requests on a regular basis
  • Demonstrate adaptability to work with a wide range of client types
  • Demonstrate accountability for all issues that happen on their projects
  • Timely completion of timecards, expense reports, and any other required accounting needs
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel,  and PPT) 
  • Voluntarily seeks out additional learning such as working with Technical team on a tech capability or Creative team on a design process.  
  • Project Management team has confidence and trust in ability to meet deadlines, deliver accurate information, collaborate effectively with teams and notify of issues.  
  • Account team has confidence and trust in ability to communicate with the client and deliver accurate information. 

Salary range for this position DOE. You will receive up to three weeks paid vacation, thirteen paid holiday days; paid sick time; 100% employer-paid health, dental, vision, disability and term-life policy premiums for employee; insurance benefits available for dependents which is paid by employee through pre-tax 125 cafeteria plan; FSA or HSA plans available for employee-paid co-pays/deductibles or dependent care expenses; 401k plan; gated employee parking; cell phone stipend; company-paid outings.


Position requires sitting or standing for long periods of time, lifting up to 40 pounds, extensive use of a computer, driving an automobile and personal automobile available for business use (mileage is reimbursed), occasional national travel with out-of-town stays as long as seven days (sometimes longer), non-disclosure agreement
