Job Summary:
Sky Systems, Inc. (SkySys) is seeking a Dispatch AV/IT Technician to provide onsite support for desktops and audio-visual systems. The role involves troubleshooting, coordinating with remote teams and vendors, and ensuring smooth operations across the site.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Perform desktop and notebook troubleshooting, including warranty repair coordination and break-fix activities.
โ€ข Manage and track loaner/spare devices using customer-provided systems.
โ€ข Provide L1 AV support for meeting rooms, including device checks, resets, room readiness, and basic hardware troubleshooting.
โ€ข Manage conference room accounts (add/remove users, password resets, ownership updates).
โ€ข Assist with basic troubleshooting of corporate printers (toner replacement, waste cartridge changes).
โ€ข Provide smart-hands assistance for onsite infrastructure and network checks (ports, cabling, patch panels, access points, power verification, device resets).
โ€ข Coordinate with third-party vendors and procurement teams when required.
โ€ข Support equipment replacement or reset during failures under guidance from central IT.
โ€ข Ability to work at height when required (ladder/lift).
โ€ข Maintain communication with onsite/offsite teams to report changes, issues, or updates.
