Event and workplace creation company specializing in sound, visual, live stream, editing, production and lighting for corporate, personal, and entertainment events. We create experiences for companies through both through temporary event setup as well as permanent AV installations.


Role Description

This is a flexible, part-time 1099 position that could lead into more and more work. On-site and on-location role for an Audio Visual technician/videographer/creative thinker/etc located in central AR. The AV professional will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining audio visual equipment, troubleshooting AV issues, and ensuring seamless video conferencing and lighting setups. They will be able to use (and we can market) any relevant skill sets that would be desirable to the market. Day-to-day tasks could include the installation and configuration of projectors, sound systems, and lighting equipment, as well as photography, drone-shoots, video editing, or providing technical support during events and meetings.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency or interest and excitement in learning Audio Visual (AV) Systems and Troubleshooting
  • Experience or interest with Video Conferencing and Lighting
  • Can become proficient in managing and setting up projection, video walls, etc
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours at times, including evenings and weekends
  • Experience in event production and support is beneficial
